Kasui Private Journeys provides luxury travel curation services, including but not limited to resort recommendations, VIP experience planning, private villa sourcing, executive retreat coordination, and concierge services. Our services are designed for discerning travelers seeking exceptional, personalized travel experiences.
We act as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers, including hotels, resorts, transportation companies, and experience providers. We do not own or operate the accommodations or services we recommend.
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account and may be required to purchase a membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Membership fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in your membership agreement. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation procedures outlined in your membership terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation is received. Payment terms vary by service provider and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and current. Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 60 days of the transaction date.
Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Kasui Private Journeys reserves the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates. You must ensure that your travel documents are valid for the duration of your trip and meet the requirements of your destination countries.
Kasui Private Journeys is not responsible for any costs, delays, or complications arising from inadequate or invalid travel documentation.
You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to travel at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing the health and safety conditions of your chosen destinations and taking appropriate precautions.
We recommend consulting with healthcare professionals regarding vaccinations, health precautions, and travel advisories for your destinations. Travel insurance with medical coverage is strongly recommended.
Kasui Private Journeys acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any service providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond the reasonable control of such party.
In the event of force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on your travel plans and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kasui Private Journeys or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or other users.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Kasui Private Journeys.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Japan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated to you via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
